Megan Sawyer
Megan Sawyer, a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner, recently joined Dr. Anna Bunker and the team at Atrium Health Navicent Children’s Care Neurology. Sawyer strives to make a positive difference in the lives of the children and families she cares for, often walking them through difficult and unexpected seasons of illness.
Atrium Health Navicent Children’s Care Neurology provides diagnosis and treatment for pediatric neurological disorders including seizure disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, primary muscle diseases and developmental problems.
Sawyer’s clinical interest is in pediatric primary and acute care. She studied pre-nursing at Mercer University and obtained a masters in primary and acute pediatric nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Outside of work, Sawyer enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and trying new restaurants. She’s a University of Georgia Bulldogs fan and loves watching college football.
